NEW Vaccinations for 7th & 12th Grade Students
Beginning in 2016-17 school year, Ohio law now requires that all students entering 7th and 12th grade have the following vaccinations:
7th Grade: 1 doze of Tdap and 1 dose of meningitis vaccine
12th Grade: booster dose of meningitis vaccine (unless first dose given after the child's 16th birthday)
