KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Welcome to the Sylvania School District! Children must be five years of age on or before August 1 of the year they will be entering kindergarten. Due to additional forms/information needed for kindergarten children, a registration packet for kindergarten students must be obtained through the Student Services Department.  For kindergarten information and appointments, please call Student Services- 419-824-8581.

Advanced Placement screening for children with birthdays after August 1st, please call Twila Gillespie, 419-824-8587.  The Advanced Placement application deadline is the second Friday in April.

REGISTRATION IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

 

GRADES 1-12 REGISTRATION
