Preschool Enrollment

The preschool program is offered to district children, ages three to five or kindergarten transition, who have been identified through IDEA part B as a preschool child with a disability. The program is also open to Sylvania Schools district resident children, ages three through six, as peer models. Peers must be three years of age on or before Aug. 1st. 

  1. New applicants, complete Interest application 2024-25

  2. Wait for confirmation from the district that your application has been accepted before proceeding to the next steps.

  3. Once you have been invited to do so, create a OneView account or access existing family account

  5. Schedule your appointment online at Preschool Enrollment Appointment Calendar

  • When the district has a 2-hour delay, enrollment appointments that are scheduled prior to 10am will be canceled. Use the link to schedule a new appointment.

  • When the district is closed for the day due to inclement weather, enrollment appointments are canceled for the day. Use the link to schedule a new appointment.

  • Notices for delays and school closures can be found at the top of the website and on local news stations. 

  1. Complete and send in ALL enrollment documents PRIOR to your appointment.

    2. Forms can be returned by email or to our administration building:
