Federal Programming/Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA)

Public Participation Meeting Notice

Sylvania Schools receives federal funding to implement requirements of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) to assist with closing the achievement gaps for special populations such as students who are economically disadvantaged, learners of English, neglected and delinquent, disabled and more. Community members who would like to have input into the planning of the use of the federal programs and funds are welcome to provide input during our public hearing to be held on May 11 at 5:00 pm.
