Sports Sign-Up

Summer athletic information and sign up details for the 2026-2027 school year were shared via email on May 21st (CLICK HERE for that document)

Arbor Hills uses Final Forms to handle all paperwork for athletics. Please follow the below steps to sign up for any sport(s) at Arbor Hills. Each step is important and required to receive communication and ensure eligibility for your child.

1.) Final Forms: Please sign your child up for Final Forms and register them for all sport(s) in which they are interested. If your child is unsure, you may still register them and they can always be removed later. If they’re not registered for their sport, you will not receive sport-specific communications. 2.) Physical: Obtain an updated physical by a physician and upload the completed form into Final Forms or email to [email protected]. Physicals are good for 13 months and all athletes must have one on file before participating in any school-related practice, tryout, or open gym. Click HERE for a blank physical form.

Note: Sports are only open to 7th and 8th graders. Once all steps are complete, please keep an eye on your email for announcements on start dates and other important information.

HomeTown Ticketing serves as the online ticket office for Arbor Hills Athletics. To purchase your online tickets or season passes, please use the link below. When purchasing, make sure to filter to "Sylvania Arbor Hills Junior High School". You will also find online links for other NLL schools below. Cash is also always accepted at the door/gate.

Pay to Participate

Sylvania Schools has implemented a pay-to-participate fee for students involved in sports and extracurricular activities. This fee helps offset the costs associated with providing programs, ensuring that we can continue to offer enriching opportunities for all of our students. Families can pay this fee directly through MySchoolBucks. To get started on MySchoolBucks, please follow the below steps:

3. Add your student(s) using their student ID number

4. Pay your student’s school fees

Yearly Fee Schedule per student for Jr. High School Athletics:

**Athletics include Football, Cross Country, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Basketball, Wrestling, and Track.

First Sport - $80.00

Second Sport - $65.00

Third Sport - $0.00

Family cap per year per family for athletics: $450.00

Yearly Fee Schedule per student for Jr. High School Activities:

**Activities include Quiz Bowl, Power of the Pen, Math Counts, and Science Olympiad.

First Activity - $25.00

Second Activity - $15.00

Third Activity - $0.00
