Welcome to Timberstone Junior High School! Over 600 students in grades six through eight learn and grow at Timberstone every day. Our teachers guide their students through academic success in core academics, music, art, STEM and information technology, world languages, physical education, and more. That learning extends outside the classroom to competitive writing, math, and science, boys and girls athletics, student council, yearbook publishing, and more. But, the heart of Timberstone is the culture of kindness we intentionally build through explicit social-emotional programs and our P.A.W.S. credo. Our students are POSITIVE, ACCOUNTABLE, WELL-MANNERED, and SAFE. Each day we teach students how to act based on these principles and create a culture where everyone feels safe, respected, and empowered to do their best. This makes Timberstone more than a school. We are a community bound by common purpose and supported with the energy of teachers, staff, families, and students.
