Meet the Team/Parent Meeting
All Jr. Cougar football players & Volleyball players will be required to attend Meet the Team night on Wednesday, Aug. 2nd @ 6:00pm in the Timberstone Cafeteria. This meeting is MANDATORY for those athletes on the teams. At the meeting, you will meet with the coaches, hear from Parent Club, and other information pertaining to the season.
Physicals
As a reminder, all students MUST have a physical uploaded on Final Forms prior to the first practice/tryout. Please click the link under "Athletic Forms/Documents" to download and print a copy of the updated physical form to have your healthcare provider sign.
Volunteers
Parents, please remember that we NEED VOLUNTEERS for our home games/matches. Please make sure your email is correct in Final Forms and be on the look for emails to sign up to volunteer. We greatly appreciate your help in making the season a success!
